Protective nylon grommets are
available on most chimes to minimize
each cord’s contact with each
bell, increasing cord life by 700%
and producing a clearer, cleaner
sound.
The soft wood clapper ensures that
you hear just the musical sounds
without the harsh "clanking" of
wood striking metal.
Most J.W. Stannard chimes are hung
so that each chime is struck in the
precise location to achieve the
desired sound.
CONVENIENCE
Removable hangers slip out to wrap
around tree branches or any closed
support.
Diamond Line™, the indestructible
fiber used to tether satellites, holds
most of the Stannard chimes
together.
Magnetic clappers can "turn off"
your chimes. Just slide the clapper
up and it will stick to the top of the
frame. Available on most chimes.
DURABLE QUALITY
Each bell is made of a specially
developed metal alloy that will
maintain the chime’s perfect pitch
and never rust.
The tops and wind catchers are
made from weather resistant
hardwoods and hand-rubbed
with three coats of marine varnish
to preserve their natural luster.
The musical notes played by the
chime are Laser engraved on the
hardwood wind catcher.
